**關於角色**
行政助理的職責是向組織內的執行董事報告,全面了解總監的工作組合,以便提供意見並參與日常決策。
工作的角色和範圍包括:
- 積極主動地管理並向董事總經理提供秘書和行政支援。
- 負責提供與貨運服務相關的高層執行和行政事務。
- 負責日常管理、電子郵件、報告的準備和格式化。
- 對與總監有關的所有事項的電子或口頭詢問做出有效回應並提供建議。
- 聯絡和協調業務決策。
- 起草、審查和準備信件,建立會議記錄、文件、報告和簡報。
- 起草並準備各航線的相關運費/物流費率。
- 協調銷售活動。
- 在貨運活動中保持高水準的客戶服務。

**要求/候選人簡介**
該職位需要與廣泛的客戶聯絡,因此候選人輕鬆建立人際網絡的能力是這一令人興奮的職位所必需的特質。在這方面,我們正在尋找能夠勝任這一關鍵角色並具有以下特質的人選:
- 年齡在 30-45 歲之間的馬來西亞女性。
- 個性成熟、開朗、活潑、風度翩翩。
- 至少擁有工商管理、秘書管理或物流管理文憑資格。
- 在之前的職位中擔任管理員、執行秘書或私人助理,總共擁有 5-8 年的綜合工作經驗。
- 良好的英語、口語和寫作能力,並精通國語和中文/普通話。
- 較強的MS Word、Excel、Power Point 和 Outlook 電腦應用能力。
