**Responsibilities**:

- Process monthly payroll and claims for Branches, Subsidiaries and Contract staff so as to ensure that staff salaries are paid out on a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that payroll system and corporate system is updated regularly and handle all relevant issues pertaining to payroll.
- Update employee status as new join, resignation, promotion and updates or any other status on corporate system.
- Apportion the outpatient (panel / non panel clinic) medical cost and accommodation cost for internal billing purpose.
- Update panel clinic on the latest staff list.
- Maintain all personal staff filling is in order and place. Update personal files from time to time.
- Coordinate printing of nametags for all staffs.
- Monitor and check on monthly staff attendance.
- Assist on coordination of corporate events such as annual dinner.
- Responsible for the compilation for departmental report.
- Preparation of appointment letters and onboarding of new staff.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder In Human Resources Management or other related disciplines.
- Preferably, with at least one year of working experience in HR Payroll.
- Initiative, result oriented and fast learner.
- Good interpersonal skills.
