Client Success Coordinator

As a Client Success Coordinator, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products or services. You will act as a liaison between our company, clientsand various partners, understanding their needs and addressing issues in a timely manner. The goal is to ensure a positive client experience and drive customer retention and growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client needs and ensure they are met effectively.
- Resolve client concerns and issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to improve client services and solutions.
- Onboard new clients and provide training on products/services.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on client account status and metrics.
- Assist with client renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of customer success principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English, Chinese and Bahasa is a plus.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
