As an Client Success Executive,

You will be responsible for retention, adoption, and expansion of our products & services with assigned base of customers. Your main goal will be to act as a bridge between the clients & internal cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality experience for our clients, resulting with their satisfaction.

**Your responsibilities will include,**
- Own overall relationship with a portfolio of clients, which includes managing on
- boarding, implementation, client retention, high levels of customer satisfaction
- Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services to the client - Liaise with different internal stakeholders - Sales, Customer Support, Merchant and Development teams
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management tounderstand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
- Maintain existing customer success metrics and data while looking for ways to build oncurrently established practices
- Understand the business landscape(Good to have)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,094.32 - RM5,000.00 per month
