As the **Client Success Manager**, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients fully realize the value of our training solutions. You’ll lead the onboarding process, deliver ongoing support, and maintain long-term relationships, all while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Onboarding & Implementation**: Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring seamless implementation of our training solutions tailored to their needs.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Act as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships, addressing queries, and offering proactive support.
- **Training & Support**: Provide training and guidance to ensure clients are utilizing our solutions effectively, helping them maximize their return on investment.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze client usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and analyze client feedback, working with internal teams to improve products and services based on client needs.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with Sales, Branding & Marketing, and Programme Development teams to ensure client success and resolve any challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 5+ years in client success, account management, or a similar role, ideally in the corporate training or SaaS industry.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive approach to client management.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Comfortable using CRM tools and understanding of corporate training or learning platforms.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
