Client Success Assistant Manager

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Establish a good and long-term relationship with clients for the designated portfolios by frequent communication and efficiently resolving issues and emerging needs.
- Thorough understanding of clients' operational pain points and identifying the gap in the processes that could be remedied using our technology solutions.
- Enhance customer relationships to drive revenue and user growth within the designated portfolios through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to monitor progress toward mutually-defined success metrics.
- Develop, analyze, and report data and valuable metrics to ensure a more quantifiable action of improvement in driving customer performance and success.
- Review client contracts.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Business Management Consulting, Key Account Management, Business Development or related field.
- Proven track record in building strong customer relationships and efficiently communicating internal and external voices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Experience in healthcare or digital technology (enterprise software or SaaS solutions) industry an added advantage.
**Salary**: From RM4,000.00 per month
