**Job Summary**
- Lead the development and execution of solutions for patient support programs in SEA. Develop sales and key account management strategies and establish long-term profitable relationships with new and existing clients that are in line with business objectives.**General Responsibilities**
- Support Director, Regional Client Success, Patient & Payer Solutions and Southeast Asia Patient Solutions market team with activities involving sales strategy development and execution, direct sales and business development, solutions development, and operations to drive success for pharmaceutical and medical device clients:
- Help drive regional client acquisition and business development, covering key activities: lead generation, pipeline development, activity planning, proposal development, and commercial negotiations with market teams.
- Develop and continuously improve external communication materials and activities to position us as leaders and innovators in Patient & Payer Solutions.
- Transform country Patient Solutions sales teams towards a culture of client success and continuous and rapid sales process development.
- Identify opportunities for new product/ service development across countries in SEA.
- Build a plan to develop a PSP offering (new access, adherence, and convenience services) and execute a sales strategy.

**Job Requirements**
- Demonstrated success hunting new clients and acquiring new business.
- Understanding of marketing strategies, sales techniques, and client business-critical topics.
- Strong ability to identify issues and generate creative yet robust solutions or ideas.
- Skilled in analyzing information and arguments critically to make reasoned judgments.
- Experience in planning, executing, and finalizing client projects according to strict deadlines.
- Ability to effectively convey information and collaborate with others.
- Background in technology or the start-up sector is a plus.
- Understanding of healthcare industry standards, practices, and trends in Asia in a plus.
- A self-starter with a proactive and highly driven approach, embodying an entrepreneurial style of working, is essential.
