Account Coordinator

Key Responsibility:

- Assist in analysis and forecast cash flow positions, sourcing and negotiation.
- Monitoring the full account Payable (AP) cycle for invoice processing to ensure that timelines and quality meet the KPIs and targets.
- Preparing relevant reports relating to cash flow, projects cost, P&L, etc as requested by General Manager.
- Liaising with other departments on PO, payment voucher, invoices & DOs as of when required.
- Coordinate and reporting to Account HOD in HQ (based in PJ).
- To assist in administrative duties of the department and other follow-up functions.
- Performs any other duties and responsibilities as when assigned by superior.

Skill & Education:

- Minimum 1 year of working experiences in account payable or any accounting function.
- Prior experience in construction or manufacturing will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
