**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Admin Officer will work act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.

As the Admin Officer, you will:

- To liaise with finance department on making payments, processing incoming invoices and verify receipts as required.
- To maintain a list of furniture, fittings and assets and manage office supplies (beverages refills, consumable and stationery) stock and place order when necessary.
- To maintain and update employee dental and optical claims.
- To manage and administrate meeting and training rooms booking, perform booking of meeting room as required.
- To make accommodation and transportation arrangement for company visiting executive and visitor.
- To hire maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment and facilities. Organize and manage the filing system for vendor’s contract and agreements.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (English written and verbal)
- Solid computer literacy skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma preferably in business administration, business management, marketing or equivalent
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
