1) To provide a high standard of food production and quality.

2) To carry out stock count of food items to ensure an adequate supply at all times.

3) Responsible on the cleanliness of the kitchen and the surrounding areas.

4) To ensure the consistency of food quality and presentation.

5) To ensure all the kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in working order.

**Requirements**:
1) Local Malaysian only

2) Minimum 2-3 years experience in the capacity of a Chef

3)Basic knowledge of western and other local/ international cuisine _* Pork free with alcohol _

4) Well versed in kitchen sanitization and hygiene

5) Knowledge in Menu Planning and Food Costing is essential

7) 5 working days (except weekend and Public Holiday)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
