- Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservation
- Act as a liaison between customer and airlines/hotel to arrange special request/ to resolve complaint

**Qualifications**
- Good communication skill in Korean & English
- Minimum TOPIK 5 certificate / graduated from Korea university
- Able to work on shift basis and public holiday

**Working days**: 5 days per week (including weekends & public holiday)
