**Responsibilities**:
To respond to owner queries.
To safely keeping money collection from owner.
To alert and attend to Management Office (MO) for any matter arises.
To manage data entry, payment, billings and all administrative support.
To coordinate minutes & meeting.
Any other duties as and when assigned by the superior/Management.
**Job Requirements**:
Computer literate.
Experienced in Office Administration and Upkeep, with preferably 3 years working experience relevant office administration.
Strong organizing skills, good in work prioritizing.
Communication and writing skills with good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Resourceful, proactive, good interpersonal and communication skills.
