Property Defect Admin Executive

Receive and review defect reports or work orders from buyers, tenants, or other relevant parties.
- Maintain a detailed database or system for tracking and categorizing property defects.
- Prioritize and schedule defect resolution tasks based on urgency, severity, and available resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as maintenance staff, contractors, and property managers to ensure timely and effective resolution of property defects.
- Monitor and follow up on the progress of defect resolution to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders involved in the defect resolution process.
- Update relevant documentation, such as defect reports, inspection records, and repair logs.
- Provide periodic reports or updates to management regarding the status of property defect resolution.
- Follow up with property owners or tenants to ensure their satisfaction with defect resolutions.
- Any other duties or ad hoc tasks that may be assigned by the management.

**Job Requirement**:

- Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree holder.
- A minimum of 1 year of working experience in property sales is preferred.
- Excellent in customer service.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
