**Responsibilities**:

- Management of stationery, transportation, canteen, hostels and other admin service.
- Process monthly office and hostel bill payments.
- Arrange travel and business trips: flight tickets booking, hotel bookings, Event and Meeting venues, etc.
- Arrange and record company meetings
- To establish, maintain, update & improve standard Admin & HR Database.
- Support HR tasks: time attendance record, recruitment, leaves, employee performance evaluation, labor relation, etc.
- Undertake other responsibilities when required.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
- No working experience is required. Training will be provided.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint, good in calculation, well-organized, strong in communication
- Must be fluent in written and spoken **Mandarin** to liaise with Chinese Speaking clients.
- Willing to travel and do business trips

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
