**Job Vacancy: Admin Assistant — Linen & Laundry Services**
**Company**: MASAERO MLC SDN. BHD.
**Location**: Masaero MLC, Ayer Keroh, Melaka
**Working Hours**: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
**Workdays**: 5 days per week
**Job Scope**:
- **Compile Site Data**: Collect, verify, and consolidate daily/weekly reports.
- **Handle Back-Charges**: Prepare, track approvals, and file supporting documents.
- **Sales Data Entry**: Input jobs/quantities, assist with invoice preparation, and resolve discrepancies.
- **Monitor Statutory Expiry**: Maintain compliance calendar and manage renewals (licenses, certificates).
- **General Administration**: Perform filing, scheduling, assist with memos, procurement support, and stock-take records.
- **Quality/Safety Support**: Prepare audit documents, maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure document control.
- **Ad Hoc Tasks**: Assist with additional tasks as needed.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in clerical or administrative roles, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- **Gender Preference**: Female, aged 25-35.
- **Education**: Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or Diploma in a relevant field.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Traits**: Detail-oriented, organized, confidential, proactive, and able to visit sites to support month-end activities and audits.
**Application**:
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM1,999.00 per month
