Qualification
- Have driving license (B2 & D)
- Pleasant personality and posses a strong interpersonal skills & communication skill with all level of employees.
- Ability to take job pressures, handle multi tasks, proactive & independent.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Malay.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (eg: Excel, MS Word, etc).
- Knowledge in Safety&Health (Advantage)
- Arrange company T-shirts, safety shoes, PPE, scan card, business card & first aids distribution.
- Assist HR Executive liaise with relevant government authorities such as Immigration, KDN, Labor Office, FOMEMA, embassy, JKKP, BOMBA, police, Health department for office administration & foreign worker
- To ensure the security guard are perform according to requirements.
- To check the security logbook daily and report to management for any abnormal things that need to act.
- To implement and ensure all the admin policy pertaining to the visitors reporting is performed accordingly.
- To coordinate maintenance and service of office equipment.
- Monitor the job of cleaner.
- To ensure company premises is well maintain in term of cleanliness, hygiene & image.
- Arrange gardener to cut grass, clean drain and keep clean surrounding.
- Ensure Utilities bill (SAMB,TNB) for hostels (Management) are collected in monthly basis.
- Conduct interview, induction, and intake for operative, admin staff & outsource workers.
- Company vehicle maintenance - routine checks the company car
- Perform any legal duties assigned from time to time by superior & Management.
Pay: RM1,600.00 per month
