Secretaries and administrators help to keep an organisation running smoothly, taking care of the administrative and organisational tasks that make the organisation function. Responsible for Ensuring meetings are effectively organised and minuted. Also Maintaining effective records, administration and filing of documents.

Established as Center for advanced skills training in the fields of Production Technology and Industrial Electronics in order to support Malaysia’s industry by producing qualified highly skilled technologist with the modern technology. GMI is set-up as a Company Limited by Guarantee. Its founder members are the Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) and the Malaysian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MGCC).
