**Responsibilities**
- Assist HR Manager in providing consistent guidance and advice to HOD on grievances, attendance, disciplinary and performance issues.
- Investigate and resolve workplace disputes, grievances, and disciplinary matters and mediate between conflicting parties to find fair and constructive resolutions.
- Assist in conducting counselling session, internal investigation, and involve in domestic inquiry.
- Prepare disciplinary process related letter / documents.
- Responsible for timely submission of all IR/ER related reports
- Monitor employee confirmation and prepare (letter of confirmation & letter of extension)
- To ensure resign staff have a proper exit process (exit interview & exit clearance)
- Responsible to liaise and handle HR-related matters with governmental / authority departments such as Department of Labour (JTK).
- To undertake any other job function as assigned by HR Manager and management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or Law Studies or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the IR is required for this position.
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and any other relevant laws.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
