Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
The successful incumbent will be accountable for national and regional trade incentive and program design, development, launch and monitor for Hotlink products to drive activation at channels.
What are you accountable for?
- Design, develop, launch and monitor trade incentive and programs for Hotlink products to drive activation at channels. Formulate and prepare business case for business development and justifications (ROI and Savings).
- Evaluate the success and productivity of incentive and programs initiatives through an objective framework, providing actionable insights and recommendation to senior management
- Continuously obtain, review and analyse sales incentives and trade program models, market insight and competitor activities to ensure relevancy in accordance to market dynamics.
- Work alongside GTM to forecast the financial budgets for upcoming incentive and campaigns, working closely with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure the initiatives are accurately reflected in the right manner in our financial accounts
- Govern timely and accuracy of incentive pay-out for sales channels and ensure communication between internal and external stakeholder are timely and well managed.
- Work closely with Regional Sales team to formulate the regional program in driving effective program planning and successful execution for a deliverable end game. Work alongside Head of Regions (HOR) and regional sales team providing commentary, analysis, and recommendation where appropriate.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and yearly internal cost compiling and reporting process by partnering with GTM and Finance team to accurately track each programs spent.
What do you need to have for this role?
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Sales Planning & Management, Business Performance Management for Channel.
- Exposure in Telco /IT /FMCG /Financial Services industry
- Analytical with good commercial acumen, aggressive, think out of the box and critical thinking mindset
- Good communication skills in oral and written
- Sound commercial planning, sales modelling and project management capabilities
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Be comfortable in an uncertain environment
- Leadership Skills
