**Responsibilities**:

- Handle in HR and administration activities
- To liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies on matters relating to human resources related matters
- To prepare and complete monthly payroll input.
- To prepare HR-related letters and correspondences and maintain an accurate updated employee database such as personal files, attendance records, leave records, medical records, medical claims and etc.
- Managing effective bookkeeping filling system in maintaining proper and updated accounting records.
- Handle queries of quotation and purchase as and when required.
- Responsible for security and maintenance of the petty cash fund for disbursement and reimbursement.
- To perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by superior or management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Computer literacy. (MS Office software)
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Able to prioritize, result-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to meet deadlines, multi-tasking, and work independently.
- Resourceful, positive working attitude and work well under pressure.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Willing to work on Saturday (Alternate)

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
