Position : Customer Service Executive

Salary Range : RM2,500

Working Hours : 9am - 6pm

Working Day : Monday to Friday

Working area : Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya

2. Conducts basic probing to determine the next action to customer's enquiries.

3. Processes and manages orders or cases via support systems and portals.

**Requirement**:

- At least SPM Qualification (with certificate) or any equivalent or highest qualification.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply, no experience needed, Full training provided.
- Willing to work on rotational shift & weekend & Public Holiday
- Excellent Mandarin, Bahasa & English communication skills.
