1. To deliver office’s relevant documents/ mails/ product samples to banks, post office, government offices, suppliers and customers within Klang Valley.

2. To collect office’s relevant documents/ mails/ product samples from banks, government offices, suppliers and customers within Klang Valley.

3. Carry out general office tasks, e.g. photocopying, faxing, documents filling and etc.

4. Stay in the office after clocking in to help on paper work such as filing and other routine clerical tasks or as assigned by other departments when needed.

5. Communicate and liaise verbally between bankers/ government officers/ customers/ suppliers and relevant staff and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests by the superior and Management.

6. Always be available to answer mobile phone when the superior(s)/ Management calls and must inform to the Management immediately for any unforeseen events.

8. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors.

9. Perform duties in an efficient, professional, courteous and with integrity manner.

10. Maintain regular, consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant rules and regulations.

11. To undertake other special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the Human Capital and Office Administration Executive, Assistant Human Capital and Office Administration Manager, AGM and Board of Directors.

**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
