Admin Coordinator

Monitor office supply levels, reorder when appropriate.
- Updating the report for stationery, printing & sundry items i.e coffee, sugar, nescafe etc and submit the report on monthly basis.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get the best pricing on supplies and services.
- Arrange all invoices and submit to account for payment purposes.
- Keep and record all the invoices.
- Monitoring despatch movement, leave, claim & any issue arise.
- Monitor, record, and renewal all admin agreements & tenancy agreements.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for Admin Department.
- Substitutes front desk as and when necessary.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
