Site HR Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, and facilitate resolution of any issues that arise on construction sites.
- Maintain accurate records of personnel information, including attendance, leave, and disciplinary actions, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- Support employee welfare initiatives at construction sites, addressing concerns related to housing, transportation, and other amenities as necessary.
- Liaise with the central HR department to communicate site-specific needs and ensure alignment with overall HR strategies and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR roles within the construction industry preferred.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Additional Information**:

- Duration: 12months
- Employment Type: Contract
- Salary Range: RM 3000 - RM 4500
- Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
