Attend to inquiries from new clients
- To identify and develop business opportunities
- Manage and maintain good relationship with existing and new clients (Owner)
- Setting up the apartment/house and get IT ready to rent out as homestay/shortstay
- Cooperate with Operation team to make sure properties in good condition
- Able to do Photoshooting for apartments/houses
- Willing to travel (Johor/Penang/Selangor/KL etc) for unit improvement/set up
- Other operation tasks

Requirement:

- Fresh graduate are welcomed.
- Photography & editing photos skills is an advantage
- Good in spoken and written English
- Time-management skills, multitasking, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Positive attitude and possess high level of commitment in work
- Able to travel around Malaysia if required
- Able to attend weekly meeting in Shah Alam

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
