Ticketing Coordinator

Manage reservations and bookings (flight/hotel), ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information
- Responsible to support the ticketing process, including issuing tickets, processing reissues, and calculating fares in compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Able to adapt any urgent changes of booking and solve all the problem immediately
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- Possesses a basic Diploma/Bachelor Degree, preferably in Travel Industry
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Travel Industry
- Knowledge in GDS (Global Distribution System) will add advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,600.00 per month
