HR Talent Acquisition

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible in the end-to-end recruitment process which including screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, job offering and relevant employment documentations based on the budget and timeline.
- Work closely with respective brand’s HOD or operations team to identify their manpower planning needs and provide supports accordingly.
- Maintain and input active recruitment database.
- Be analytical and ensure recruitment reports are submitted accurately and on timely basis.
- Build rapport and maintain good relationship with stakeholders, work closely with business leaders to provide appropriate advices and guidance.
- Continuously review and ensure job descriptions are accurately updated for all existing and new positions according to the operations requirements.
- Participate in the sustainable organisation structure review and design, performance management process, succession planning, skills assessment and talent development strategies to achieve business goals.
- Attend career fairs, career talks and other innovative recruitment efforts in developing the talent brand.
- Support the management/ manager/ superior in HR talent & recruitment strategy and plans.
- Proactively identifies gaps, propose and implement innovative recruitment strategies and HR practices changes necessary to align with business goals.
- Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues coach select employees as needed in complex situations.
- Participate in the HR strategy discussion and responsible to manage the ad-hoc project assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Studies/ Social Sciences or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of work experience in Retail background or related field would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with pleasant personality.
- Good command of English and Malay languages in both oral and written, additional knowledge of vernacular languages / dialects will be an advantage.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Suite including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the latest Malaysia labour law and prevailing HR practices and legislations.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and able to perform under pressure.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
