HR Executive

As we are expanding across Asia, we are looking for a passionate HR Executive & Talent Acquisition to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, HR best practices, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet our hiring goals across Asia Pacific.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- In-charge of overall HR functions including reviewing and updating of policies and handbook, developing and execute effective hiring strategies, and other HR initiatives that align with the organization's goals and growth plans.
- Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs, selection criteria, etc.
- Developing hiring and retention strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
- Coordinate HR administrative process, including document preparation and records keeping, onboarding/orientation of new joiners and exit management.
- Promote our company's brand with recruitment initiatives and events.
- Participate in training & development initiatives.
**Key Requirements**:
- Degree holder in Business Admin, Management or HR related fields
- At least 3 - 5 years of HR / Recruitment experience
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in English, fluency in Chinese is a strong plus
- Ability to prioritize work and effectively utilise resources
- Responsible and self-driven
