**Position : Corporate Sales Executive**

**Salary Range : RM 3,500 - RM 5,000**

**Commission : Yes**

**Working Location : 8trium, Kuala Lumpur**

**Working Hours : 10am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)**

**Job Scope**
- Develop and execute sales strategy and streams to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct requirement gathering, research and presentation to clients with effective follow ups.
- Respond to RFP/Tender and draft detailed business proposals.
- Prepare quotation, contracts and agreements and negotiate with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as project management team, creative team and developers to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
- Travel to meet with clients in person as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of sales success and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving, critical thinking and relationship building skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Has own transport and willing to travel.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
