Functions:

- インバウンドコール、メールやチャットでのお客様や配送員からの問い合わせやクレーム対応(例)アプリのシステムに関する問い合わせ、再配送やキャンセルの問い合わせ、返金対応など
- KPI や SLA を達成すること
- シフト勤務、夜勤勤務有り
- 前向きでプロフェッショナルな態度で仕事に臨む

Requirements:

- 最低限の学士号/新卒
- 24時間シフト制の勤務が可能な方
- 英語の読み書きができること
- チームワークと協調性を持ち合わせていること
- 新卒の方のご応募もお待ちしております
- Native Japanese only / Japan Passport (mixed parentage or adopted)
- Non native with N1/N2 2)
- No age limit, up to 50's
- Fluent in own native language (Spoken & Written) + English around 5-6/10
- Willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur
