**Responsibilities**:

- Handling inbound chat support in a timely manner.
- Perform the required call verification process prior updating customers' information or providing account information.
- Identify and handle customers' enquiries completely and accurately with confidence.

**Job Requirements**:

- Min SPM/Diploma/Degree with 1 year working experience in Customer Service or Call Centre.
- **Open for Fresh Graduate without experience (Training provided)**:

- Proficient and fluent in **Mandarin.**:

- Team player and cooperative.
- **Applicants should be Malaysian.**:

- Willing to work on shift hours and work at KL Sentral.
- Applicants should be able to work in **rotational shift.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
