Our company is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Social Media Chat Support Specialist. As a chat support specialist, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service through social media channels. Fluency in Vietnamese and strong communication skills are essential for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with customers through various social media platforms
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with product or service information.
- Monitor social media channels for customer comments, questions, and feedback, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments including marketing and sales to resolve customer issues and provide relevant information.
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and promotions to ensure accurate and effective customer support.
- Ensure a positive and engaging customer experience by maintaining professionalism and empathy in written communication.
- Identify and report any significant trends or patterns in customer feedback to improve products and services.
- Proactively assist customers by providing suggestions, recommendations, or troubleshooting steps.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Vietnamese with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a chat or social media support role, is preferred.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
- Familiarity with social media management tools and chat support software is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- High level of empathy and ability to remain calm and patient with customers, especially in challenging situations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in written communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and collaborate frequently with other departments.
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
