Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Mandarin-Speaking Social Media Chat Support Specialist. As a vital member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to users on various social media platforms. Your primary focus will be assisting Mandarin-speaking customers with their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming messages and inquiries from Mandarin-speaking customers via social media chat platforms.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- Document and track customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our internal CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the technical support team, to escalate and resolve complex customer issues when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Utilize active listening skills to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Identify and report any arising trends or feedback from customers to the management team to improve products and services.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer privacy and data protection.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Proven customer support experience, preferably in a social media chat support role.
- Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and chat support tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to ensure uninterrupted communication with customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in an e-commerce or technology industry.
- Knowledge of other social media platforms and their functionality.
- Experience using CRM systems or ticketing systems.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
