Talk Empire Sdn Bhd or as known as Aishah Kassim Academy is a therapy Centre that provides a treatment for helping children patient in variations of delay cases and or diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, GDD, and other developmental conditions across the special needs spectrum.
We are looking for **C**ustomer Relation Executive to be part of our team to helping and giving more awareness to parents on special needs children.
Responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing company’s general administrative activities.
- To handle administrative works in company, go to post office and bank, answer phone calls, and monitor company cleanliness.
- To maintain and update stationery stock list regularly.
- To do documentation and filing
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Assist to compile utilities bills, supplier invoice and prepare PRF for payment arrangement
- Receive payment, record and prepare receipt for customer
- Provide general support to visitors
- To administer others general administrative tasks as so instructed by the Company
- Assist in overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- Data entry and record up-dating.
- Assist HOD, Head of Admin and Admin Executive in day-to-day administration tasks
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time
**Qualification**
- Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Valid driving license (B2 & D)
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

- Excellent computer literacy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and others.

**Working Hours**:
- Monday - Friday (9.00 am - 6.00 pm)
- Saturday & Sunday (Off day)
**Education**:
- Fresh graduate is encouraging to apply
**Experience**:
- Experienced in administrative will have added advantages.
