**Responsibilities**:

- Consolidation of monthly revenue versus target from respective projects department and prepare report to management.
- Collecting and analysing project data and reporting on outcomes.
- To prepare project cost (planning versus actual).
- Compilation of contractor registration, agreement, claim, performance evaluation. Ensure filling system in order.
- Ensuring the project's compliance with the practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
- Cooperating and communicating with the Project Fulfilment management manager and all manager and other project participants to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability
- Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
- To assist Project fulfillment and management manager to ensure on the fully compliance on new contract requirement
- Monitor new purchase order processing, updating internal database, sales record and internal reports.
- To assist prepare yearly and monthly budget (ie : Sales and Expenses) for all workgroup.
- Any other responsibilities as instructed by the Management

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably 2 years of experiences, being in the telecommunication industry is an added advantage.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to keep tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Have own transport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
