**Sales**:
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

**About the role**:
As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving and exceed territory sales and marketing objectives through detailing, promotion, and distributions of Company’s products.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for annual sales target. Carry out adequate ethical and operating plans and actions to meet company goals.
- Measure progress against plans and communicate to Sales Manager.
- Plan calls on all assigned target audience at a frequency as spelt out in the itineraries to achieve effective coverage at minimum cost and time required.
- Make product presentations in professional manner to healthcare professionals or other decision makers to gain their support to the company's products.
- Ensure timely submission of all Reports, Acknowledgement Chits, itineraries, system, etc as instituted by the company.
- Identify potential prescribers and develop them into regular supporters of our Company's products.
- Keep management informed of all competitors' activities and other developments within the assigned territories which are likely to affect promotional programs and sales of the Company's products.
- Ensure all professional goods and promotional materials of the company are kept in good condition and accounted for.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Good knowledge of medical sales force and internal operating systems, policies and procedures, including knowledge of Healthcare industry as well as Reckitt's products
- Successful pharmaceutical sales experience for the assigned territory, with 1 to 3 years of working experience
- Knowledgeable in OTC products will be an added advantage.
- Excellent customer relationship (HCPs, Medical Societies, Hospitals etc..)
- Successful experience in conducting presentation to internal and/or external customers and possess the ability to train internal and/or external customers on product and related sciences.
- Mastery of functional expertise and role.
- Knowledge of return of investment and maximizes profit for the company.
- Able to work independently and under fast-paced environment.
