As an Administration Clerk at ENPRO, your main responsibility will be to oversee and manage various administrative functions within the company. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining efficient office operations, managing administrative tasks, and providing essential support to different departments. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle administrative responsibilities will contribute to the overall smooth functioning of the company.

**Responsibilities**:
**Office Management**:

- Maintain and ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to meet the company's needs.

**Administrative Support**:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees.

**Document Management**:

- Manage and organize company documents, files, and records.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

**Data Entry and Filing**:

- Enter data accurately into databases or systems.
- Establish and maintain an effective filing system for easy retrieval of information.

**Event Support**:

- Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and meetings.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure successful event execution.

**Team Support**:

- Collaborate with various departments to provide administrative assistance and support.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees seeking administrative help

**Requirements**:

- Vacancy open for Malaysian only.
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in related field or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration.
- Preferably at least 1 year of working experience.
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Proficiency in MS office ( Words, Excel, Power point etc).
- Good communication skills and writing in English and Malay. Mandarin speaking are advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
