Intern in Customer Service

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Greeting and Assisting Customers**: Warmly welcome all customers and guests as they arrive, promptly addressing their inquiries, and providing assistance as needed.

2. **Answering Phone Calls**: Manage incoming phone calls, providing information, and taking messages accurately.

3. **Handling Inquiries and Resolving Issues**: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

4. **Administrative Support**: Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records to support front desk operations.

5. **Maintaining a Clean and Organized Front Area**:Keep the front desk and customer waiting area clean, organized, and presentable at all times to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and guests.

6. **Providing Information**: Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to customers, offering recommendations when necessary.

7. **Handling Payments**: Process payments for services and products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.

8. **Assisting with Special Requests**: Accommodate special requests from customers to the best of your ability, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet their needs.

9. **Appointment Scheduling**: Manage salon appointments using our booking software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in scheduling services for clients.

10.**Teaching Workshops**:Provide instructions to customers on how to operate certain mechanisms and guiding them throughout the full process.

**Requirements**:

- Malaysian citizen
- Able to speak English, Chinese and Malay fluently
- Punctual and responsible

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM700.00 - RM900.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Performance bonus
