Customer Service Officer
Operation
2) Provide accurate information & direction to the visitors: Must be familiar and knowledgeable about the shops and products in the Centre and the key tourist spots around the area
3) Provide updated information on events and promotions activities in Central Market to the visitors. Always maintain the good image of Central Market when giving out information.
4) Encourage visitors to fill in the survey forms
5) Handle tenants & visitors' complaint tactically. Channel the complaints immediately to the person in-charged to ensure problems are solved, this includes malfunction of AP machines, vending machines and ATM
6) Play appropriate music or mike announcements whenever required.
Report to respective department immediately should there be any issues/ technical problem on the p.a system
7) Record tour bus arrivals and the number of tourists brought by the registered tour guides. Ensure the information is correctly recorded & vouchers are issued out accurately
8) Ensure that brochures. leaflets or materials displayed at the counter or information rack are replenished and are always sufficient. Also, to ensure all internal communication forms are adequate for daily operations
9) Ensure good housekeeping of the information counter with all things neatly arranged and stored, with no food and drinks visible during working hours. Also, to ensure all equipment’s and machines fie car park endorsement system, credit card terminal etc.) at the counter are
maintained in good working condition and is not misused
10) Inform Complex Manager and Security of happenings observed in the Centre. This includes prompt notification of any dignitaries or VIPs visiting the Centre and of any incidences observed which may affect the security or image of the Centre including snatch thieves, stalkers and any other form of harassments.
11 Maintain an updated list of all telephone extensions. company contacts and emergency contact numbers for police, hospitals, fire department
12) Ensure manual cash collection. credit card sales, sales of locker token, sales of company merchandises, penalty or damage compensation are handled according to SOP and all the sales/collections must be submitted to account department every day
13) Endorse or validate free parking for VIPs. tour van, taxi port klang, event organizer etc according to SOP
14) Issue shooting/ activity pass to the individual or groups after approval given by the management
15) Complete and submit daily report to the management punctually
16) Response to any emergency situation calmly and provide necessary assistance/ support to the visitors and other department as and when required
17) Perform any other duties which may assigned by the management
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
