**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role in Kuala Lumpur for a Social Media Chat Support - English Speaker. The role entails providing customer support and handling live chats in English with proficiency and accuracy. The role involves working in shifts and adhering to the company's policies and procedures.

**Designation**: Social Media Chat Support - English Speaker

**Location**: KL Sentral

**Working hours**: 24/7 rotational shift

**Salary**: RM3,800 (basic) + R+ KPI allowance (up to RM 800)

**Requirements**:

- Good communication in English
- Diploma holders require 1 year working experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in shifts
- Eye for detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with live chat support systems is a plus

**Responsibility**
- Manage customer escalations and ensure that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as Required
- Perform all procedures accurately, including following documented call flows, work processes,data entry requirements, and complaint management processes
- Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the
