**Job Scope, Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities**
- Handle purchasing request for IOI Offices and met with the ISO procedures.
- Sourcing for price quotation within timeline.
- Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
- Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
- Handle new vendor registration & evaluation.
- Ensure procurement and Code of Conduct compliance.
- To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by your superior or any other persons designated by the company.

**Job Competence Profile**
- Good communication skills and proficient in English.
- Proactive problem solving, follow up & negotiations skill.
- Attention to detail & able to meet deadlines.
- Experience in dealing with contractors, suppliers.

**Person Specification**
- Diploma in any field or at least SPM/STPM or other related discipline.
- Preferably 1 year of working experience.
- Have a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, Power Point.
