**Roles Admin cum Account Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform day to day general administrative tasks like filing, keep records and assuring accurate documents filing.
- Assist Accounts Department in accounting operations in account payables, accounts receivables, and other related daily tasks.
- Contributes to term effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Compile payment listing/ prepare project profit and loss and liaise with account department.
- General admin and clerical support
- Date entry and information search
- Preparing documents including reports, drafts, memos
- To perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Able to meet deadlines, able to multi-task with minimum supervision and capacity to work independently.
- Positive working attitude.
- Problem solver.
- At least 2 year of working experience in the related field.
- Minimum Graduate LCCI, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent field
- Speaks, Read, Write Bahasa Malaysia & English & Mandarin
- Proficient in SQL Accounting System
- Has experience in Accounts Executive roles
- Has experience in Office Assistant / Administrative roles
