**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment Strategy:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Interview Coordination:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
- Onboarding Support:

- Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Data Management and Reporting:

- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
- Ongoing projects:

- Support on TA projects such as employer branding, policies, technology and process enhancements.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Adaptability:

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
- Results-oriented:

- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed recruitment targets.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
