**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |** **About the role**
This is an Intermediate level role with excellent opportunities for personal growth and career development, working for a growing business within the cybersecurity and technology sectors. You will join our International Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team, supporting recruitment activities for the APAC region while collaborating on Talent Acquisition initiatives.
This role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition and has a dotted line reporting to the APAC Director HR.
**As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will**:
- Publish job advertisements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Communicate with and provide updates to hiring managers regarding recruitment processes
- Participate in interviews and meetings
- Generate monthly reports on ongoing recruitment activities
- Attend recruitment fairs, symposiums, and other relevant events
- Assist with general recruitment administration tasks
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |** **About you**
**The ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist**:
- 3 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Articulate and passionate individual with the drive to develop a career in recruitment
- Experience working to deadlines in a KPI-driven role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as the use of recruitment modules such as ATS In PeopleHR
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, along with interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of labour and employment laws
- HR administration experience would be considered a plus
- Degree in a related field would be beneficial
