Talent Acquisition Specialist

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to offer insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal regulations and company policies, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- **Employer Branding**: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company’s employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably in IT / Education field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, labor market trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Knowledge of IT / Education line.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
