Talent Acquisition Lead

To help fuel and manage this growth in the APAC region, we’re looking for someone to join our APAC talent acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Lead that is responsible for the identification and acquisition of finding the exceptional talent across multiple APAC countries i.e. India, Singapore, Australia, Japan, Malaysia, China & Hong Kong.
**Responsibilities**
- Plan, Lead and execute hiring plan / strategy across all aligned business verticals
- Develop structured processes for talent mapping & market intelligence and present to business periodically. Uses data and metrics, and an understanding of the long-term business requirements, to advise a division, set of countries, or subsidiary on the implications of talent gaps.
- Meet regularly with business heads to understand growth plans and recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies.
- To manage TA Specialists aligned directly/indirectly; and to be accountable for the recruitment delivery in all aligned business functions of the TA Specialist.
- Ensure adherence to hiring SLA’s & KPI consistently and have full accountability to ensure the team meets the KPIs at all given times
- Ensure the team understands the business well and the requirements and expectations of the role. Have the team trained on advanced sourcing skills
**about you**:
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of end-to-end recruiting experience in a corporate environment, ideally in a System Integrator / IT /Telecom company with experience in managing direct and transversal teams.
- Master’s degree and/or equivalent professional work experience
- Experience in managing a recruitment team and assuring team performance and delivery expectations are being met.
- Good understanding, knowledge, and experience working in APAC market
- Ability to bring best practices in the recruitment process
- Ability to understand recruitment analytics and metrics to track team performance and delivery.
- Experience in planning projects around diversity hiring, talent pooling, talent attraction, campus hiring, and walk-in interviews.
- Executive presence with a demonstrable track record of building and maintaining partnerships with business heads and key stakeholders regionally and globally.
- Has a successful track record filling deadline-driven recruitment projects and experience filling senior and highly complex positions
- Results-driven with a tenacious mentality to multi-task in an agile, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to foresee strategic business needs and talent markets in developing recruitment strategies, programs, and tools in support of strategic objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English and any other language as an advantage.
