**What you will be doing**:

- Support and partner with the country team with the knowledge of country specific HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Works with the Country Payroll providers to ensure the Payroll runs happens smoothly, as per laid our work flows, timelines and appropriate data checks.
- Leads all C&B Ops activities, including the interpretation and governance of the business frame works
- Reviews, identifies and assesses current and future staff C&B/welfare trends and needs, through market surveys and analysis, employee engagements, and recommends benefits programme to ensure market competitiveness.
- Ensure organisation policies and procedures operate in an effective and efficient manner in accordance with the strategic plan and corporate objectives.
- Ensuring compliance to government regulations and company policies across the region.

**Requirements**:
**What you will need**:

- Min. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- 8+ years' experience within HR Operations and C&B, ideally within the region
- Good skill with HR data management and analytics
- Knowledge of payroll software and experience in maintaining employee database
- Demonstrated examples of integrity, confidentiality, organizational sensitivity, initiative and collaboration are essential as the role works within a number of different functions and business teams across the organization.
