Our client is in Company Secretarial Services industry. They are located in Jln Sultan Ismail, KL. Besides an attravtive salary, they also offer 5-day week, performance bonus, medical, EPF, SOCSO, etc.

**Requirements & Job Description**:

- ICSA qualification or finalist or still pursuing ICSA course.
- At least 1-2 years of PLC experience in company secretarial work in a consultancy firm.
- Well versed with provisions of Companies Act, BURSA Malaysia listing requirements, Securities Commission guide and other related laws & regulations.
- Proficiency in spoken & written English.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills with positive attitude.
- Meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, proactive & have initiative.
- Able to multi-task,committed, with a strong sense of urgency, work with minimum supervision & independently.
- Responsible for timely submission of resolutions, minutes of meetings & other corporate secretarial documents.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) or Securities Commission (SC) and BURSA Malaysia.
- Monitoring and ensuring that the statutory records or registers are properly kept & updated.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
