1. Build relationships between building management to facilitate effective communications and outcomes. 2. Work together with the design team and site delivery team performance of delegated responsibilities. 3. Establish an effective and universal strategy to address major issues that may arise with the site delivery team. 4. Ensure the supervision team and site delivery team receives the necessary stakeholder decisions in a timely fashion. 5. Establish a mechanism to ensure collaborative problem-solving with the site delivery team, which will involve regular dialogue with contractors, team working, and risk-sharing. 6. Chair and lead progress meetings with the contractor and supervision consultant to proactively manage the project and mitigate any delivery issues prior to it impacting delivery. Define and implement criteria for control and management of the project 7. Prepare project execution plan, review content & budget, and take ultimate responsibility for content prior to issue on the project. 8. Ensure effective budget control is in place across the project, and that such is reviewed and updated on a minimum monthly basis. 9. Conduct periodic inspections of the property to ensure compliance with brand standards and the proper upkeep of the property. 10. To execute administrative work involving purchasing work and to obtain quotations from suppliers according to companies 11. Provide a professional, advisory, and executive support service to the Chief Operating Officer, Head - Senior Operation Manager, and Project Setup Executive to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the establishment. 12. Ensure compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace and Comply with all Corporate and Company Standards and Procedures. 13. Actively promote a work environment, which cares for guests and associates alike. 14. To provide support to Operation Team when needed when no new project is taking place. 15. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. 16. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget. 17. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. 18. Ensure resource availability and allocation. 19. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. 20. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. 21. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. 22. Report and escalate to management as needed. 23. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. 24. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. 25. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. 26. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. 27. Preparing a project report with a progress report for each project and report to Head of Operation/Chief Operating Officer or Managing Director. 28. Compiling relevant quotations and preparing a complete supplier analysis for each material and executing the relevant process to complete the task. 29. Working closely with Finance Department for invoice payment, deposit, balance payment, and supplier-related matters for better management of suppliers. 30. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing 31. Track orders and ensure timely delivery 32. Review the quality of purchased products 33. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases 34. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices 35. Maintaining good relationships with suppliers. 36. Promotes goodwill by beings courteous, friendly, and helpful to guests, managers, and fellow employees. 37. To support the operation team on a daily routine when required
