**Job Title**:Client Servicing Executive

**Job Summary (in 3-5 sentences)**

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Client Servicing Executive to join our customer department. You should be able to identify and resolve client queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. besides, you should be able to maintain a record of your interactions with clients.

**Main Duties/ Responsibilities**
- The person should know and have the ability to sell our concept, understand the client’s need and vision and being able to secure a contract.
- Acts as the bridge between client and agency.
- Responsible for the success of the client's promotional campaign.
- Establish and maintain great customer relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generate sales reports, sales analysis, forecast and sales projection.Perform market research, proposal writing, and presentations.
- Having the ability in problem solving relating to clients with other departments such as

Creative and Operation and to create a better understanding between all parties.
- Taking part in creative brainstorming and solutions with the creative and sourcing team.
- Responsible for contact/call reports, status reports, creative and job briefs and any other.
- Client administrative support as needed.
- You are also required to acquire new accounts from time to time.

**Skills and Experience**
- Qualification: Professional Certificate or Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate

Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree, in any field.
- Related working experience: at least 3-4 year(s) of working experience, preferably in

Advertising agency and/or related industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate strong interpersonal and negotiation skill along with good presentation capabilities.
- Excellent in devising effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Driven and hungry for success.
- Able to handle rejection with a positive mindset.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
